From time to time, 853 hosts live video of Greenwich Council committee meetings and other events in order to boost community participation in local affairs.

This is all done unofficially, and hopefully, doing this will show the demand for watching important committee meetings and persuade Greenwich to equip its committee rooms with webcasting facilities.
